The keyword 'jumbo loan' is a huge keyword for the mortgage industry.

    http://www.google.com/search?q=jumb...ss&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7ADBR

    You will see

keyword - 'Current Mortgage Interest Rates' Page 2

there are MANY others and they all lead to

I have reported this website many times, and Google hasn't taken it down!
It's annoying to see them on the top SERPs

There are many people reporting spam to Google. I guess that is the reason why google takes time to take any action on such sites.

Anyway, why do you think that these sites are spam?

because you search for the keyword, and it shows you the wiki website.

the wiki website got hacked, and it's a redirect to the other website.

    it's blackhat seo
