Google not showing exact page cached date.

Hi,
Today i come to know about Google made a big mistake with my website,
I have updated the website on 16th Feb means yesterday,
But when i saw today my website cached page, i found it was cached by Google on 31st Jan.2008,
Though Google shows changes which made by me in my website yesterday...
How it could be happening?
Does Google forgot to change the cached date of my webpage.

in this page i have set few link at the bottom of the page yesterday.
Though this links are showing me in cached date of 31st Jan.2008

it will be okay by tomorrow. bcz the date is not updated. Google may be just crwal the site. sure it will be OK for tomoarrow

I dont think so..

 

Keep in mind Google have many DBs to store site cache data and you may link to different servers when you are searching.

That is why some times you may have roll back cache info.
