google not showing cache or description?

    Google has indexed alot of my pages. For some reason it properly indexes and has a cache for some of my URL's structured like this (xxxxx.net/mls/city.php?realtor=Iowa+City&state=Iowa), but does not for others. I was starting to think that it might be a better idea to use a different URL structure. My hosting company does not currently provide the ability for me to do a mod_rewrite, so i may have to go through manually and do this. Should I just give it sometime and see if they index them correctly or should I try something else?
