Google not showing blog in Search results?

    Dear all, I have a blog that I regularly update. I have submitted this blog in Google webmaster tools and when I check its sitemap status, it shows that 16 urls out of 17 are indexed.

    However, when I search site:www.blogname.com, it doesn't give any result. Could you please help me why it is happening with my blog.

    I had that happen to me when my site was new,i just waited a few weeks and it showed up.When i did show in the results,one week my site would show up the next it would be gone.
