I did a search in Googles using my domain name and it does not show all the pages. Any reason for this? Could this be the reason why my traffic is not increasing.

It could be if your site is very new. Get a few links good to your site. This way the Google bot will visit your site more often, and also spider and index the inner pages.

Also, make sure you have a Sitemap on your site (and submit it to Google) and your pages are easily accessible from the home page. Also, it will be a good idea if the page URLs are Search Engine Friendly.

You definately need a sitemap if you don't have one. Depending on how large your site is, most of the free sitemap generators around can take care of it no prob.
