Remove the NOINDEX metatag from your page.

The simplest way is to use the registration service of the search engines. Often there is somewhere a form where you type its URL and then supposedly in the next days, weeks, month will be included in the search index. But experience shows that this method does not work properly. The search engines seem to registration forms do not really evaluate.

If you have not already submitted your website to google webmaster tools, first do it. And there you can check the status of your website.

perhaps build some backlinks to your site/content? also check that your content is useful to the user. If google doesnt deem it useful, without backlinks google will not index.

How new is your site? Do you have a robots.txt in your site? What about a sitemap? Info on these would help with trouble shooting.
