    Even though the opportunity of unbelievable earnings is great, I'm selling it as I need to stop all my online businesses.

    Days with over 70 Euros made me think twice about selling it, but that's it, maybe in some other life.

    I'll send traffic and payment proofs only to interested buyers that can afford buying such website.

    I have bought a lot of sites in the past for well over 4 digits, so that won't be a problem.
    Revenue is not everything, you can have $1000 in revenue and spend $1000 in writers, hosting, promotion etc.

    If $1000 is your "liquid revenue", then it's easy to valuate your site at high $x.xxx

    I m not paying anything but the host. there were a few writers paid on revenue share (i am able to display their own adsense codes), so no payment from my side.
    I have checked a few websites estimating its price and I see it is really worth a thing.
