    Hi

Is it illegal to display news items from Google News RSS on our website ?
    The links ofcourse remain intact.

    Thanks

The News TOS are really short.
Additionally, I also believe AdSense has a policy saying something like "You must own the content you display ads with.", but their TOS is a little longer so you should verify that yourself.

OTOH, I don't believe they will even send a DMCA complaint when you display them without AdSense. Also, any RSS feed is implicitly "free to use", but any lawyer could destroy that argument in seconds.

Thanks for the info. The reason for asking is because of the RSS format which is in away for others to view on a different display.
