Google News problem?

    Hi, what do you think of this post about Google News Scam?
    Have you ever owned at Google News site or bought one?

    I am not a big supporter of buying news site like that. There is always a possibility of getting deindexed. Spending that kind of money ($10,000 +) I would rather build a legitimate site myself.

    Sure time is an issue, plus a chance that G might not accept it in the end, but I still think risks are lot less in building a site than buying one.

    thanks, rep added. However if I were to buy such sites, I would have bought a startup news site included in Google News instead of buying an already established one as it would involve less risk

    I read at same forum, that one of the guy has his site approved by Google, and have unique content updated daily, but no traffic increase.

    Can you give the link here, is this the problem of wrong keyword choose or the current high competition in google news?
