    Hi,

    I have a site pr2 construction theme, news section is indexed in google news with a view to possibly take it soley a news site. I have already installed a theme to this effect, and posts are still doing well in google news.

    I have questions. I just checked your latest news section and all the news have nothing to do with construction niche.

    1. Did google accept this latest news section after all changed to this or when they were all about construction news?
    2. When did google accept this site into their news feed?

    Google accepted the site in 2009,

    The news has never fully been construction niche and 99% of articles get included, google only include stuff they feel relevant to google news

    earnings and traffic is all dependant on articles I publish and I don't publish a lot

    It's an interesting site on lots of levels. Surely your best bet would be to contact construction companies (maybe in the NW) and tell them you have a ranking site. The news section is on autopilot is it? I hope not because that could kill a lot of the domain authority and trust.

    For an seo company that's a very strong link but I don't think the PR is quite high enough to justify anything like your price.

    I the market is too niche for anyone else to monetise it, how do you make money on it I couldn't see any ads?

    the news section is not on auto pilot! You would need to do research on Google News index, please dont make assumptions without it. I have adsense code in my posts and the traffic can be hefty depending on the articles you publish but you have to know how to make the best from Google News, The news section is the only section which can be monetized anything else would be looking at it wrong.

    As I say anyone who might even be close to being interested needs to research Google News and how to use it, ive had days where I earn £10 and other days on various sites where I have earned £200 I just don't have the time to make enough of it.
