Google my Webmaster Says my page is not indexed

I am starting to use Google Webmaster Tools.

In particular i have a website that has about 20-30 pages. Not all the pages are indexed yet, but about 10 were at one point. Today I checked and the tool says that only 4 pages are indexed (all new pages that were not previously indexed). But when i search for the key terms that i previously got traffic from, my "old" pages are still there.

Anyone have any comments about this. Does this mean that eventually they will be dropped?

Is the site new? Strange things happen in the beginning.

If in doubt, get more back links especially to the pages that aren't indexed yet. It should sort itself out on its own, but links could expedite the process.

Some1 has a lot of time on their hands.

    Thanks everyone for your comments!

Do you guys generally use Google Webmaster Tools or some other website??

For the past year or so i've been having great success just using Google Analytics and experiementing. Not sure if this Webmaster Tools is worth the confusion and stress.

Its is somewhat of a new site (2 months); just the strange thing is that the pages with back links are the ones that disappeared from the site : mysite.com. (they still appear in the SERP and are still sending me traffic so i am not all that stressed).
