    PR changed for me a week ago. Seems like TBPR is in constant flux now vs. bulk changes

    That happens all the time with new websites when they are indexed. It has nothing to do with a PR update.

    I agree.. This does happen all of the time BUT it is true that secondary pages are getting their pagerank updated.... Still no big PR update :(
