Google does sorts of things so it doesn't really surprise me. I'm thrilled to see how they will compete with FB and what games will come out along with it.
Well I'm a little bit surprised... I mean there firstly was one one place where you could fond everything, now it's sorted in different topics. What is the purpose of all this?
I think to be a true aggregator one must not just have deals with one exclusive network such as zynga, but all developers, indie and large. For this reasons I think this partnership is a bit confusing from the standpoint of aggregation. In terms of revenue they will most likely be able to leverage their network to all these people, getting them to play casual games.
Or.... they are simply trying to provide a good competition in the organised gaming market, in order to have the end users.... get the best! Regards, RightMan
They're really trying to pull a Microsoft...they better be careful about monopoly issues or they could face the same litigation that MS did in the 90s.
I think it's safe to say that Google is trying to be Google and not Microsoft. MS had its share of its shortcomings and had a hard time coming back, seems to me that Google will always be competitive in the years to come.
i think people wont like having another thing like facebook unless it guarantees highly amazing and cool features, hope google keeps it up.
I think Google cant become successful in all aspects. Fore example Google made a browser ( Chrome ) but most users use of IE,Firefox and Opera. So i think Google cant become successful in all aspects.
You may be right but Chrome, Google's ever fast browser is rapidly climbing to success. Check their market browser share ever since it came out. You'll see a big difference in the percentages over the past months. It would be safe to assume that Google Chrome will one day be one of the biggest browsers ever. http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp
