One of my recent search engine optimization friend told me that I should not worry about searching for $30.00-$60.00 adsense high payout keywords cause... The only thing I will get was $2.00 per click if someone was to click on a $60.00 per word keyword for example. Is he right, this can't be true... Your thoughts? -Nova
i doubt it.. its not very hard to find out if they doing it..... and i dont think google wanna jeopardise their adsense biz like dat...
After my SEO friend told me that. I immediatly did an imediate conclusion that having a keyword that pays $30-$60 and receive $15-$30 per click is just to good to be true. Just neeed to find out the truth, just need someone that can give a fact for this little doubt that I and many other marketers have regarding adsense payouts. -Nova
I Don't think this is a true statement. Unless things have changed in the past couple months getting more than $2 for a single click is quite possible. BUT... Don't expect every high paying keyword to bring in Big bucks on every click. Edit: As for making $15--that is not going to happen when you use High paying keyword lists there is lots of competition going after what little budget is available. Remember the person with the highest bid only pays 5 cents above the next lowest bidder so: Bidder 1 has bid $60 Bidder 2 has bid $10 Then bidder one will pay no more than $10.05 Then not all people are bidding the same amount for US PEON WEBMASTERS as they are for showing the ad on Google. I estimate cutting all bids you see from the estimator and keyword tool instantly in half for this reason.
My biggest was above 1$ and I consider myself lucky whenever that happens. But I'm not having high paying keywords pages specifically done for that. It just happen on a website about IT and not everyday. But 1$ is about the maximum I got. Through I think PPC over 10$ is possible. It should not be incredible since money is relative to how much you have in your wallet, so for some advertisers, paying 10$ is like paying 1$ for others.
True my best click was probably about $2 I used the top bids on all the Adsense lists and thats about it.
From experiences i'd say it's true. a few keywords that i found were high paying like the mesetheloma or whatever and i think yahoo domains were 20-40 per click and i've never seen more than a few bucks a click. then you say to yourself why does google have to keep 38 of it when they're rich as hell. but then again that's probably how they got so rich.
Nobody knows for sure what is the highest payout for a click and for what keywords - except Google. Your friend saying a $2 limit would be wrong. Take Shoemoney, he started seeing $5 & $6 payouts on a single click.
