Has anyone come across this before? When I do a site search on a domain it comes back with the following; "domainname.com This Domain Name is currently parked. Please check back soon. If This Domain has URL forwarding and it isn't working then This can be updated now on our ..." This persons site used to have PR4 and now it's 0, they used to be ranked ont he second page for some keywords, now they are page 27. Why is Google marking their page as parked and how can this be fixed? Their domain name is properly delegated using name servers and nothing has changed since it was ranking well.
What is the domain as I think you are misconstruing something. Google doesn't mark pages as parked. It shoulds like the registrar has actually parked the domain, or someone stole the domain or it got sold or it expired and someone picked it up and it got parked. But to be sure you would have to share the domain.
Hi, sorry about the delay in my response. If you check on Google - Pages from Australia for site:www.gifts2thedoor.com You will see in the description that the domain is parked. It's an Aussie site with a .com domain if that's relevant but what is strange is that it only happens if you do the search on pages from Australia, not with Google world. The other thing is that for a few months now, he has been removed and put back in Google on a daily basis. His PR goes from 4 to 0 daily and all his links come and go daily aswell. Also, Google only picks up about 16 links but MSN and Yahoo pick up something like 800. He just can't stabalize.
