Google Maps to be Sued?

    Does anyone think there will be a chance Google Maps will be sued since that James Kim guy used their site to find a shortcut?

    He ended up getting his family lost and later died trying to walk back to the main roads.

    How could anyone sue? Google can't control the weather conditions for the routes they display (yet)
