Google maps help

Does anyone know how to contact Google maps people, I changed my info on my business map about three months ago and it is still showing our old phone number, i have been to my google maps account and that show the right info, but i can not find where to contact them, to see why it has not been updated after so long.

 

It's possible to create your own map and edit the information shown on there.

Go to google maps, sign in to your google account (if you don't have one, it's quick and free to sign up) and then click on "My Maps".

Once there you can create your own customised map, with a pointer to your business complete with contact details, photos, links etc. Make sure that you check the box to make the map public, click save and then you can use the customised map on your own website and / or email the link to your customers

 

You can also add / update you business on Google's Local Business Center

I'm following my own advice, but I don't see my maps. Anyone having a problem? Is this service down at the moment?

Also tried looking at a map of hotels I uploaded, but that appears blank too.

Once you have created a map in Google Maps, look to the right hand side of the page and click on the "Link to this Page" link. You'll be given the code to paste into an email or the html to add to your own website.

 

I'd recommend not to use any Maps of any SE's, just build content, rest will come =)
