Google managed ad placements

If anyone here uses google managed placements I have a noob question...

I think the way managed placements works is that by adding a domain, you advertise on the entire site, and by adding a specific page, you advertise only on that page. If I wanted to advertise on all pages that thread from a certain page (ie myhealthsite.com/blog) how would I go about doing that?
