Very true Dipali. Let me give you must better understanding and in a layman terms.

Google Webmaster Central: Go to this URL: http://www.google.com/webmasters You should have a Google Account. Get Google Verification Code and insert in your META Details of your home page and get the site verified. You will see error in "RED" for your site with the details of the Malware.

Generally These malaware are detect if there is any unwanted script is placed / forcibly place on the website. If we remove the code from our website and inform Google through Google Webmaster Central, then Google will immediately crawl the site to check if the Malaware is removed. Once Google find the site is clean it will first indicate in the Webmaster Central and then it will take minimum 12 hrs to remove that Malaware error from the Google SERPs.

Do let me know if you have more questions.

If you don't have a WMT's account, or if you want to check sites you have not added to your WMT's account, you can use a site like www.gcrawler.com

These's a security hole somewhere. Maybe it's ftp access (spyware running on a machine where you or someone else connects to the server - most likely in my experience), maybe it's problem of your hosting company (although this is rare). Eventually it can be a security problem in your website:

someone unauthorised can modify files - rare
xss attack - not rare attacks, but a professionally created website should handle this easily
