    See for any unusual code on your site script. Also check the server logs. If you cant find anything supicious contct your web host.

    I have noticed some sites have been doing this lately. I heard that it is when someone hacks into your server and installs some bad code.

    it is because there had java scripts running inside of iframe site page
    example:
    <iframe src ="another-site-url.php" width="1" height="1">
    </iframe>

    it not because an iframe affect your site

    Google and yahoo all had warned there were many masters download free forums or php-bb or other site theme scripts which included the iframes which are not made by original designers.

    the "another-site-url.php" can use browsers ip to run its java scripts when users browsing your site or do some otherthings else

    Google detected the another-site-url.php had malware java scripts were running
    it is not because your site has an iframe.

    Google do not care iframe but the malware scrupts running.
    Google have bots cache and running your site so Google know.

    Google won't definitely email you with that kind of thing if they didn't find anything suspicious. Double check everything on your site. They also mentioned that it is some sort of a hidden text or codes.

    View the last line in the source code of your homepage. I am seeing an invisible iframe there which is causing this problem. Just remove it.

    Same thing happened with my 50 blogs (on my 2 hosts) and this iframe code will go only in your index.php, index.html files. we have to remove it manually which i did 10 days ago but it killed my 2 days :(

    There are so many of these that are happening.

    It is best to be completely aware, and to check your website and also computer because the chances are that if your website has been infected and that you have since then accessed your website then your computer may also have been infected.

    You do look through your website code for anything that looks out of place or if you still have the main website files on a local machine that you could re-upload to your website and then contact the website hosting provider and make sure that all security issues have been discussed and resolved.
