Hello everyone. Since Google penalizes sites for selling links, do you think they monitor gmail emails to catch people selling text links?

As far as I know they have no rights to read emails as they are private but who knows ...

    What do you think?

No they don't. Because of privacy, if they would read their userbase's e-mails they wouldn't have any users at all ;)

Ofcourse they can show all of your messages in case of emergency like wars etc if companies that have the rights to ask for it ;)

No. Google employees don't have the right to read your email. But, they reserve the right to check your account if you're caught doing illegal stuff.

Google can give access to the account of a deceased person, if his/her relative sends death certificate and other proofs.
