If it is regarding your website, login to your webmaster tool and try contacting them from there.

Apart from contact via your login, you can also contact them here as well.

 

Different sections in google have their own respective support centre. It would be wise to contact the particular support staff for faster redress! For gmail problems, you can also directly write to 'gmail-support at google dot com'!
