google made a wrong update?

    its penalised by google pr0 more than 10 x page rank update


    but today become pr4


    is this wrong?

    That domain has got a lot of backlinks...
    May be your penalties would have expired...

    showing pr 4 to me as well. Look like Google has started its pr update today only. Last year as well, Google did pr update on 31st of December
