I have always read that it's harder to get your site in with google but I have nothing but google bots on my site and am now up to at least 5-10 organic searches a day...now, I'm NOT complaining about THAT. I'm just baffled why I get no love from yahoo and msn when I always read about how terribly hard it is to rank well with google?

    anyone else experience this?

p.s. yes i've submitted my site/feed to all engines

    p.p.s. this is my site]

How long has your website been running?
I've noticed that it sometimes takes longer for Yahoo and MSN to track updates to my site. Maybe things will improve by themselves in a couple of weeks.
Have you aleady gotten your website listed on DMOZ? If you haven't, go ahead and submit your site to DMOZ. It may take a while for it to be listed, but it will help with all search engines. However, in this case too, I think Google values DMOZ listings more than MSN and Yahoo.
The truth is that what works for Google usually works for MSN and Yahoo. So the only real suggestion I have for you is to simply wait a while.
    I hope this helps...

I have sites that rank well with msn and yahoo but awfully with Google,. yet the opposite for some other sites, it really depends on the content within your website and the subject. Cause some sites that rank well in yahoo will rank poorly in google simply because of their different ranking algorithms.

its quite diffuclt to rank the same in all SEs, as they all have different algorithm, for example I do really well in MSN, ok in G, and bad in Yahoo.

I am doing well in google too and very very bad with msn and yahoo.
If I knew why. I would probably be doing well in all of them.

    bye,

my site has only been live for about 1 month so i think i've done a pretty good job at optimizing for google sbut it's time to start paying attention to msn and yahoo too :) i think i'll start by creating much more outbound links, posting more in yahoo groups, check my status on dmoz (submitted in the beginning), create a myyahoo page and add my rss feeds. hopefully i'll get out of the yahoo/msn sandbox eventually!
