Google lost my Adwords Professional qualifying dollars

Google is a mess. I have been using AdWords for almost five years. Have spent close to $6,000 total and have a run rate of almost $400 a month. I signed up to be a Adwords Professional back in 2005 but never did much with it. Relooked at the program and found they are now asking you to take a exam each year (and pay them $50) and have a run rate to spend $1000 over three months.

Well I passed the exam but I then was asked by Google to merge my Adsense and Adwords accounts. What a nightmare. After I was done they had me open a NEW account. I then lost all my requirments towards being qualified. When I asked them to help they told me they could not. Well I did fiqure out how to get back my exam so it shows I passed it (was not that hard and was suprised Google does not know how to do it). Also it shows that I have had a Adwords account for 1711 days but it reset the qualifing dollars. This represents over $600 in the last 60 days that would have gone towards my qualification. I now have to start all over and wait 90 days before I can be certified. When I asked Google to give me back my credit that they had lost by making me open a new account their response was sorry but we do not know how to fix it.

Google Adwords is the major revenue part of Google and their customer service is horrible. I am still going to get cerified but I will let you know that I am going to tell everyone I know do NOT merge your Google accounts and forget about Google trying to help you as a Professional. Right now Google is the one that needs to be certified as a Professional and based on my experience they are not even close.
