I already admitted to being incorrect man. Although that's true, many others are still having crawling issues.
Don't worry, will start a thread "google stopped indexing blogs not starting with 'k' from August 9th". Fine? There are many, not a single who is reporting this problem. Being a webmaster, feel the pain of other webmaster. Don't be too harsh.
Well, this is definitely something unusual and make me worried. My best performing site that feeds two other sies with traffic is Blogger blog, and would be pretty bad if this continued. My main page is cached on 5. August, but last indexed post is from !. August. And I post every day. I don't remember this happened ever before to me. Usually post get indexed in few hours, sometimes in minutes
Exactly man. Same problem. I am currently working on WC3 validation, but it's tough work. I think it makes crawling easier on bots.
Unreal. - Sorry, Tired of explaining things. It's all in the article. Google is still making money, but when they don't index SOME blogs then they're making less money through their AdWords program because the blogs aren't being indexed. Thus, less traffic for those blogs, and less clicks on ads. Google makes less money...
A lot of it is trying to figure out how to solve the problem man. Testing, testing, and more testing. However, we've all now come to the conclusion that it's nothing we're doing. Instead, Google is having some sort of issue.
For references, Everyone can track the progress on this issue from below URL's Threads running on Blogger Help Group- http://groups.google.com/group/blog...f112ef654c2/ce636665491fc3ff#ce636665491fc3ff http://groups.google.com/group/blog...124f989e938/dd6662de264f4982#dd6662de264f4982 http://groups.google.com/group/blogger-help-troubleshoot/browse_thread/thread/a7ef35eb8741a455# Threads running on Google webmaster help group http://groups.google.com/group/Goog...e4a9a248daa/0c2e47e6d6c7f816#0c2e47e6d6c7f816 http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help-Indexing/browse_thread/thread/b8f4d80c6463b4be# http://groups.google.com/group/Goog...d9e03a32d9e/51743dce22dc502b#51743dce22dc502b http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help-Sitemap/browse_thread/thread/e06c9e0e0cfa5385# Two guys there, Webado and Phil Payne really killing these threads from their wild guesses and stupid comments on bloggers.
Its not completely true. If you read the whole thread you will see that custom domains are being indexed.
This is a great article. Thanks for noticing this to us. I am now thinking to change to a different blog hosting site
Today all of my posts were finally indexed but the SERPs for them suck. I used to rank nicely with new posts but now even 10-word queries won't bring my blog in the top-100 results. That's really weird and I hope Google would fix this.
You cant expect to rank high for everything you produce. Consider your self lucky it has happened so much in the past... bitch more please. Welcome to Google 2008/09
