    i think the Google logo is not effective as a logo. Any thoughts about this one?

    Google logo has become a trademark of google and it looks cool buddy.
    May be you haven't noticed it on Valentines day, when the two O's of google were in heart shape.
    That was awesome.

    whether people like it or not, its a widely known logo and they will never change it. i personally like it. its cool how they adapt it certain holidays and traditions.

    There is nothing professional about Google logo (especially when it comes to colors), it would make a great logo for kids site. But who cares, after all we are kids playing in Google sandbox.

    we can termed a logo as an effective one if it fulfills the following condition

    1. Memorable
    2. Define the company
    3. Attractive

    and i guess Google logo fairly fulfills all these conditions

    I like the logo of google.com. It's just really simple and I've watched it for years and years now and I never get tired of it. Plus they change the logos on certain events and I love that too.

    When your as successful as Google, you must be doing something right, and this includes the logo. What is their not to like about it?
