They should stop, they are showing creativity and awareness I suppose, but what is with the images.

yes it is very easy to see google in this logo, even if your not a graphic artist.

What's all this negativity about Google (God)? I loved that Bauhaus themed logo when I first saw it and I hope they continue to do more creative logo designs in future.

When you click on those banners it takes you to the first search page for that term.. Something for online marketers to consider when looking for potential niches?

They have some interesting logos. Especially one for each of the seasons and holidays and such.
