Google local search results

    I need to know are Google local search results really relevant to generic normal rankings for a website? Does Google local search affects rankings?

    I tried to set local search fr my country, but I noticed it is not listed in the options; what it the way to set local search?

    Kindly advice.

    If you want to see the actual search results in Google from another region, put yourself an IP of this region by proxy

    yep google works like this,it depends on how your site ranks on a region,then the better u rank on several regions the better u will rank on the main

    What's the best way of getting ranked in several regions? Is it just a matter of getting links from different region websites?
