Google local listing without having physical address in city

I want to do Google local listing in the different city of USA but i don't have physical address in every city. We have the office in USA. Address Are given bellow.

Any one have idea to list company in all city because we are serving every city and google local listing is the best way to approach client locally.

You can only set up a Google Place page for locations where you have an actual brick and mortar location. If you serve clients nationally you don't qualify for a Place page, except for the city your home office is in.

It is not cheating because many small business have no physical address they provide door to door services.
