Google local listing and local phone numbers

    Hello and thanks in advance,

    Ever since I was ill-advised to change my cell #, and subsequently updated google local listings, our [my city] listing (ranked 3rd in [my city] local listings) has pretty much disappeared from the google map interface entirely.

    Do you have any suggestions on how get it back? I know social-media is playing a big part now, but is there something that be done as well.

    Our [my city] location is using my phone number (long distance from [my city]) as the main number on the google listing as toll-free numbers are frowned upon when it comes to local listing placement. Does the fact that I use my cell # (be it long distance from [my city]) make a difference in terms of local listings and should I be looking at getting a local [my city] cell # for the [my city] area as well?
