Google Links. Was over 30, now shows 4

    Hello guys,

    Can someone explain why google was showing over 30 links before (links: www...) and now it shows only 4?
    The webmaster tools show 323 links (and it was 211 a month ago).
    I don't get it.

    Google dont show all links, its as easy as that.

    Thank you. So, then it's not me. It's google. :)

    Some sites it shows a lot of links though.

    could also be due to backlinks update (one of the reasons for having some BL count changes). Aside from it, Google shows the links in random

    I agree with most of them... They will fluctuate. Google wont display all of them all the time. Now, I've been told Yahoo does, but cant back-up that claim. Just keep on keepin on and it will pay-off in the end!

    I check here: link:http://www.capitaldatarecovery.com and also via webmaster tools.
    webmaster tools show a lot of links, but link:http://www.capitaldatarecovery.com showed 4 last week and 32 now. Then it goes up and down. Why is it changing it all the time while webmaster tools always increase?
    If it's inaccurate, then what's the point of having that feature at all?
