for example, ebay.com
use google to search "link to"
link: ebay.com
230,000 results

use google to search "content contains"
"ebay.com"
11,900,000 results

google: "link to" and "content contains"
whats the difference?
how does google distinguish between them?
and i guess only "link to" increase a website's pagerank , am i correct?

click me <-- counts for "link to"

ebay.com <-- counts for "page contains"

it only helps PR if it's hyperlinked.
