Google link: and Google Webmasters show different backlink results - why?

    Hello SEO friends, I am very new to SEO, so I got following question:

    According to Google Webmasters tool my site has 133 different websites linking to my website,
    according to Alexa 87 sites are linking to my website, and
    according to link:wwwmywebsite.com on Google my site has 0 results.

    Is it fine or do I have any serious problems with Google?

    These results seems normal. Google has always been shy on showing other sites backlinks, and waht they consider backlinks. As for webmaster tools, that is the official source because you are the verified owner.

    the link command on google is well known not to show all your links, try seospyglass it is quite good for showing backlinks
