Google lied and did not pay for closed Adsense account

Hi,
i am an adsense publisher and i had an adsense account before the one that i have now, i decided to close the first account since it has $13.87 and google terms say that any amount above $10 wll b paid to the publisher.
they lied they didn't pay me and only send me email:

-to check account for earnings that bounced (account is closed so i cannot check any damn thing)
-to get money from western union (i received no WU number so i canniot get any damned money)

pls help me

I think they wont pay you because minimum Google Payment threshold is $100 and your amount lie too below than this figure

Also note that it takes 90 days from the end of the month in which you canceled to get your payment.

If the account was canceled in March, for example, the payment isn't due until the last week of June.

Just wait for the payment within 90 days..

 

Apart from the banned issue, it is also depends on how did you get ban. If your account had been banned due to aggressive activity then it will not surprise for not paying you anyway.

As i read on terms and conditions of google adsense google will pay you when you have minimum $100

i decided to close my account and there was $13. on it here in my country you can do many things with tha...

im not poor though pls believe me, and know that the main reason for this is that i worked too hard on this account since oct 2007
with blogs with adsense a few ready made websites and DP post to get shared revenue and software for auto submission and now $13for 3 years of hard work, they don't wanna pay me????....!!!if google were really a company you can trust or a big company that pays its publisher, then they would't do this.

How much does it cost to send a check? You may be paying more than you receive with only $13.

While you are closing the account they ask u to provide an email id for further communication. On the cancellation they send a mail to the mail id you have provided with a unique number in the subject field, so just open that mail and reply to the mail with all your queries. Definitely they ll reply you soon(may take 2 to 4 days).

It is rare for google to scam. So email them. Give them a ring. If you manage to speak to a representative in person. It will hlep you out. They won't BS you as they will HAVE to answer your questions.

 

I strongly believe that you will have to pay more then you receive as you get the cheque. In my country I pay $20 just for cashing in the cheque.

 

if you still think google lied, why don't you just sue them since you are not poor (i believe you!!!)
