I've just learned based on statements by a couple of adult site owners that Perfect 10 may have been up to something really shady in this google images lawsuit. First, one site owner said that in december perfect 10 approached them trying to buy specific image sets and models. This means that they may have been buying images specifically because they were already ranking on google images! It gets worse, it turns out that the DMCA request that Perfect 10 sent Google includes accidently included the url of an affiliate program that is owned by the photographer that "licensed" the images to Perfect 10 in the first place! This lawsuit is a load of BS!
