Google did a great job with Chrome, it's pretty fast. Let's see what OS will they make. I see that is based on speed and will be built for "onliners".

it's not surprise that google launch new OS due to the poor performance of Microsoft Windows vista.

It will be interesting to see how they incorporate their "easy to use any type of hardware" philosophy in a Linux based OS. Everyone knows that Linux has the worst hardware compatibility rate next to Mac.

yay.. interesting..... but i am just scared, that google has fingers everywhere by now. :/ But like the chrome browser maybe also OS will force others to rebuild OSs to be faster and lightweight. Like Mozilla did with FF 3.5 i guess!

Interesting , didnt even know they were planning it , another step towards trying to compete with Microsoft. Cant see it being any good, i never switched to chrome because firefox already done the job well enough so i wont be moving away from Vista as it also does the job i need it to do.
