    What do the results relate to
    Keyword density
    what keywords the site is aiming for
    The keywords that bring the site the most traffic

    They refer to the topic and keywords of the website as determined by Googlebot. This is, incidently, a good way to check that the bot agrees with you about relevent keywords. Plug in your own site, you may be in for a surprise.
