Hi everyone, Im trying to find out how exact phrase works... does it mean the amount of people who have searched for that keyword with the quotes? for example on the keyword search tool: boiled egg = 33.000 search "boiled egg" = 6000 search so does that mean 6000 people used quotes to search for that keyword? i hope ive made sense cheers!
Hey there, No, they wouldn't be typing it in with the quotes. It means they typed just the 2 words exactly as they are together with no variation (like the difference in singular/plural, additional words).
so if you found a niche that had an exact match phrase for lets say "free credit card check" with 30.000 page competition and there not very well optimized pages is it worth working on a website/blog with that keyword phrase? or if it was broad match on free credit card check and had 30.000.000 page competition with well optimized top 10 google pages then i know it wouldn't be worth working on a niche... i hope this makes sense, ive found a few niches i could work on for affiliate programs if this it what i think it means cheers
