    I found out this blog

    www.informationengineer dot org

duplicate many of my posts (without giving credit or re-edit) and suddenly took over my position in Google which took me months to accomplish. His blog post is taken directly from my blog and below are some of the examples

    informationengineer.org/2009/05/29/free-microsoft-powerpoint-download.html

    informationengineer dot org/2009/06/10/powerpoint-free-online-editor.html

    informationengineer dot org/2009/06/10/newmalwarej-trojan-remover-software.html

    informationengineer dot org/2009/06/10/newmalwarej-trojan-remover-software.html

    informationengineer dot org/2009/06/10/system-security-451-serial.html

    informationengineer dot org/2009/06/09/flv-to-mpg.html

(if you wish to view the blog replace dot with .)

This blog is built mostly on scraping other blog's content. But what makes me really frustrated that Google see this site like it is the original site and it takes over my Google position from my site using exactly my content!

The reason for my post is, I wish if a representative from Google see this forum post and he or she will take action. Even though there may be no action by them, I want to share my dissatisfaction with other fellow webmasters.

You could always try reporting the site via Google Webmaster Tools. Google usually can't know about things like this unless you tell them about it.

It might have been due to your site not been indexed at first by google. If google finds your site after his then you are screwed. So do one thing next time after posting ping it or comment on a very high pr blog with a link back, that will index your content faster and will safeguard you.

for some reason, Google sees the other site as more 'important' than yours. So the duplicate content is resolved by assuming the more 'important' site owns it.

You can outsmart the late index syndrome of your blog(that is if the faker blog is indexing faster than yours). I really thanks to a scrapper of my blog posts, as I wonder the duplicate contents on his blog is outsmarten my hard worked posts. What he was doing it after publishing his post he will submit his URL to Digg and mixx. Doogle will give more importance to Digg and mixx than my blog. After indexing the Digg the spiders follow to his blog and soon it will be cashed. As a result my blog will be treated as duplicate by google. Any way I really appreciate the way he did and now I stated out smarten him :).

Is it true that Google see the older post as original made? I think this is logic because the pioneer is always be the first and duplicator is 2nd. So, how come a problem or complication like this can be happen?

Actually you can go to a point saying that most of big news aggregators that rank well have duplicate content and they don't get banned at all.. Don't know what's the logic behind what google does..

Lazyfrog suggestion is simple but really helpful ;)

I follow LazyFrog guide. After each blog post I create the backlinks immediately by submitting to social bookmarkings, forum signature etc. And guess what:

    1. My blog posts that get indexed first than the "simply scrappy" blog.

    2. Getting on first page of Google for very competitive keyword

    3. Increase my Adsense earning to minimum USD40 a day. It a jump from only about +-USD20 a day. On one day goes up to USD50.

    4. Since I made the complain to Google Webmaster the copycat blog not appear much in first page anymore. Its my blog post that is there.

    5. I more aware about backlinks and emphasize more on it (not really serious as before)

    7. I look at the copycat blog and examine it. and see it been updated automatically almost every hour. So I try my best by writing about 1 blog post every one to two hours.

Thanks to all your helps my fellow webmaster. Thanks 3x you guys a genius :D

yes plus if he bookmarks it immediately in digg its over.. your content is stolen at no time at all. thats why you should ping your contents and also add to bookmarks yourself after posting immediately to avoid someone stealing your content.
