Google just not replying to my emails?!!??!!??!?

About 4 months ago I sent Google an email through the support page reguarding a site that I have bought being banned for adsense (the domain was banned), and asking if could please be reconsidered as I am the new owner of the site and there's no reason why I should be banned too. Also the content that was against the TOS has been long removed and the site is heavily moderated now.

Anyway 1 month passed, no email. So I sent another one. Another month passed nothing, so I sent yet another one. 2 months later, still nothing.....and I am still waiting. I don't think sending another one is worth it seeing they have not gotten back to me for the first one. Besides, the domain was meant to banned for 6 months only the previous owner said, this was a year and a half ago, and it is still banned, different owner, different adsense account, nothing against the TOS.

This is gettin ridiculous, this ever happened to anyone?

One of my sites got hacked recently and the only reason I found out was an email from Google saying my site would be de-indexed for at least 30 days because of content which was against their TOS.

I corrected the problem and submitted for re-inclusion, 20 days later my site was back in Goggles index without any problems and keyword positions were as they were before the ban.

If the previous owner of your site said the site was banned for 6 months then it must have had some pretty dodgy content and hence why I think Google may have permanently banned your URL even though the contents has changed.

Note: I never heard back from Google about my site, it just suddenly appeared in their index again.

Just keep emailing them, its basicly all you can do, perhaps its time to try on a new domain.

There's nothing much you can do about it. Maybe it also depends on how you write and whether you provide explanations to justify their consideration. I got a friend having similar case like yours but eventually he got a reply.

It's pretty difficult to change domain names at this stage, it is already pretty established and well known. It's just really annoying, I mean is it possible they have received the emails but are just ignoring them? Like they read it, and just trash it because they can't be bothered, and automatically think that I'm just another one of those guys who broke the rules and is trying to get adsense back? (even though I never broke the rules).

The reason it was banned is because a competitor webmaster uploaded a stack of porn images to the site and reported it to google right away.

I am not sure, but Emailing will not help.
You have to use their online form to contact.
