Google just erased my adsense account into nothingness

I can't believe this. I had an adsense account for a few months and tonight I signed up for an adwords account on the same email. And suddenly my adsense account vanished. I tried signing in and google says the adsense account never existed!

I told you the error said that my adsense account never existed at all. I just signed up with adwords(already had adsense for months). But what I did was a little trick...I tried resetting my password for adsense and it mailed me a link and I got back in. It seems that adsense and adwords cannot co exist with the exact same password and login? Maybe some sort of cookie corruption...I don't know what to say but I was freaked out for a while.

Maybe somethings wrong with adsense. It happened sometime to everyone. Try later and if nothing change than email google and ask what's wrong.

It could be a bug with their database or a very, very slim coincidence occured. Try contacting them for clarification.

It was a bug. I managed to fix it myself by going to the adsense page and asking them to reset my password. I had google email(gmail) adsense and adwords all associated with each other. Evidently their programmers were not thorough enough with the design but thankfully I was able to fix it by using their automated system and resetting my password.

Yes! This was exactly what I got.

"An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as you have not yet completed an application."

And it happened just after I created my adwords account. Well, I found a fix for it in case anyone else encounters the same bug...just go to the adsense page and reset your password. The password reset portion of adsense still recognizes the fact that you are an adsense user.

Well thats a relief. Getting kicked out of Google is like disecting one of your limbs while you are still awake.

Yes it had me hallucinating briefly that all my earnings would be returned instantly to the original advertisers by the same efficiently coded system. :D

I sent them an email, they didnt reply yet but thankfully I resurrected my account by resetting my adsense password. Evidently that part of the google database wasnt affected by the data corruption. Now it appears to be all fixed.

    hi,

Don't worry this has happened to me but there is a simple solution. You must have entered different password for your adword and adsense account. I am using the same email address but different password for adsense and adwords account and when I login to adwords account it always says that you do not have adsense account but with correct password which is different from my adword account password (for the same gmail address) I can easily log in to my adsense account.

    I hope this helps.

Yes that is true. If you read a bit more carefully I solved the problem withing minutes of this post. Initially I had the EXACT SAME password for both so by default it goes to adwords for some reason. The trick is to reset the password and then keep a completely different one for both. Its a bug in google.
