    Fry, im am curious...are you really getting paid 70 cents to promote a smiley site?

    Anyway, I would probably create a 'members only' section with special orriginal smileys that are very hard to find. That way the site can generate more revenue.

    I think the smiley biz holds alot of potential. I rememeber when smilies were text based without any images, and now we have animation smilies..amazing.

    Yup, 70 cents for amercian installs, and 95 cents for UK installs. INternational installs pay like 30 cents or something like that. So, no matter what kind of traffic you have, you can still make a nice income with this.

    But, as Sitetutor said, everyone with an entertainment site seems to be promoting these smileys. I am using a site that has a top ranking at Yahoo and MSN and has 100% targeted traffic, without that it would be terribly difficult to have any success.
