It ain't over yet... my main keyword is still jumping up and down from #7 to #17... I guess there is still hope...

 

I thought I may have been rambling a bit

 

google must be doing something, for the 1st time ever, it has indexed my whole site, not just one page, but all 137 of them, it has never had more than the index pages on the 10 sections the content was in, so i dont just have the 11 index pages on google now, i have all 137 using this command site:www.asksam2.com alas my bubble popped when i found that only my main site page has any PR. the rest dont.

that mean i'm in the google good books huh?

 

Did your page already have PR, or did it just happen???

 

I'm seeing definite movement in my bls, gong form 1 to 50 is pretty definite. I'm not seeing anything else though. My keywords haven't changed yet, if they ever do. Still a big fat N/A. PR still 0.

 

I have noticed a BL change and a PR change for one of my sites. Both downward for me. Odd. Anyone else seeing a PR change?

 

I have noticed a big change in my backlinks. Yesterday I noticed that google had dropped a few backlinks, but today I have seen a big increase in backlinks. I havent seen any change in my PR.

 

All my sites are getting BL changes, but nothing else. At least not at this point.

 

No bl, pr or other changes for me, other than a massive drop in rankings and traffic. I am going to wait until the update is over with my fingers crossed.

 

Backlinks increased from a pretty sad 50ish to over 400 today... no PR update, but I'm a happy camper none the less... yesterday afternoon my first choice keywords moved into #1 2nd choice is at #3, and several others are in the top 10. Looks like this will be a good day afterall even if I do have to "work". hee hee

 

Well, I hope this is not going to be the way things stand. I am going away for a few days this afternoon, I hope it will look better than it did 2 days ago not worse. Sheesh

 

On one of my main sites (still sandboxed) I decided to recently reduce the amount of links pointing to it as the number of reported backlinks was getting far higher than those of most of my competitors.

The interesting thing is that when I checked the results on various datacentres, the ones that report now only aprox. 1500 backlinks seem to rank me much higher in the SERPS than those showing 6500 backlinks! Something to learn here!

 

I posted this in another thread because I didn't notice this one. There is definitely something still happening. My rankings are all over the place and they had been stable for 2 months now. I dropped from about #8 to about #24. McDar's datacenter quick check shows a huge range. As high as #5 and as low as #434.

I have never been as high as #5 so I hope when everything is said and done that is where I am.

 

It's a fairly new site that started with PR3, now it's a PR2.

There was something different about this last update. For whatever reason all of the forum pages on my PR5 site went to PR0. Before they were anywhere from PR0 to PR4.
