Google is telling me publisher revenue share!

Publishers have always wanted transparency to know what percentage Google was giving with Adsense.

Well I logged into Adsense today and it states what % publishers get for the content and search network under My Account settings.

Is this new or have you known it for a while?

That's interesting, I hadn't noticed that before. It's on the My Account page, in the Property Information section, next to the pub-id numbers.

Yeah, they added that a while back. It's 68% for most accounts, isn't it?

Funny, I always thought it was a lot less...

 

Yeah it's showing 68% for me, but it's less for search.

I think its 68 for all publishers.

 

Yeah 68% for Adsense and 51% for search.
