    Hi there,

Approx 5-6 weeks before I updated one of my websites and provided the unique Title and Meta tag information to all the pages.

But Google is still showing the old Titles and Meta Tags information. (Repeated for many pages).

1 Week before I added a new web page with Unique Title and Meta Tags, but it automatically got the (repeated Title and Meta Tags).

I don't know that from where my new and old pages are getting this information.

I resubmitted sitemap.xml so that Google pick the updations from my website but still the same problem.

Any help how to resolve this issue.?

    Regards

A 5-6 week time frame would not be unusual for Google to get around to doing a "deep crawl" that would cover all your inner pages. I would be surprised if it took 5-6 weeks for them to update your home page.

They seem to be takeing longer and longer to update all data centers so you will just have to wait for google to get around to it.

    Hi there,

Any faster way to get indexed all the new pages (inner pages) and remove the old pages from Google.

I have submitted the new sitemap.xml and has removed the old URLs by using the URLS removal tool in the Google's webmaster Account.

    Any more suggestions?

    Regards

    Hi there,

Can anyone please reply to my last post.

I need more suggestions that how Google index a completely fresh version of my website.

It's almost 6+ weeks and still there are many old (obsolete) pages.

Even, new pages are getting the duplicated (old) Titles and Meta Tags.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Regards

I've been experiencing a somewhat similar issue. I have a site that showed as being crawled on 4/17 yesterday and it had all of the meta tags and title tags listed correctly. Today I show that the same site was last crawled on 4/12 but still shows the title tags and meta tags from the 4/17 crawl! I've see this before and I've just waited a couple of days and it's all straightened out.

I have NO CLUE what's going on!

For me Google seems to take about 4 to 5 days to notice a change in title tag on my homepage. However, at certain times of day, old tags still show until about 2 or 3 weeks have passed when the new tag shows every time. I had assumed this was different data centres catching up with the change in tags.
