Google is not picking up index.html on my website

So just a few weeks ago my Hosting company made a mistake thinking I never paid the bill. So for a good day they pretty much forwarded my Website to "Account has been suspended"

So I had 3 websites and now all of them are not ranking on Google at all for any keywords not even the domain. So if I write Domain.com I can't see it on Google. However I do see Domain.com/about.html, Domain.com/blog, but the main index.html is not being detected for any of the 3 websites.

Should I resend my Site map? Or has Google given me a Penalty? I have not optimized the website for over 1 year now and have been ranking solid on the first page for all 3 websites for various keywords.

From my assumption is that Google probably crawled during the time of the redirect to "Account has been suspended". Does anyone of any advice or input that they could help me out.

    Cheers!

    Do you have a robots.txt?

Add more content to your index.html, sometimes if you have 2 similar pages google will only choose to rank 1 and discard the other.
