This guy created a second Adsense account with Google's knowledge about it. http://www.blogohblog.com/dont-let-google-adsense-ban-you/#more-699 Thanks Al
Seems like a special case: - he figured out why his account was deactivated - he explained the problem to Google - and, importantly, he convinced them that he had no control over how his Adsense code was used, and the only way to fix the problem was for them to allow him a new code (account) It is a good sign that Google will work with publishers who take the time to figure out the problem, then correspond professionally. However, it's not going to help publishers who immediately respond to deactivation of their account by writing an angry messages to Google demanding "proof". Once you've done that, you've burned your bridges and Google doesn't have any reason to try to work with you any more.
ya, something good i heard about google. Hope google continue to accept publishers as their part of life
I already knew it coz i am a regular reader of blogohbloh.... Guys,Jai is one of the highest earning publisher from Adsense... If it was the case of low or middle earners then i am sure that google would not have allowed to create a new account and transferred the amount to the new account Adsense will give warnings to high earning people if they violate any TOS but for others ...BAN
