That's because you;re using the wrong URL: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:interviewquestionsansweres.blogspot.com Don't use the 'www' bit like that. The 'interviewquestionsansweres' bit takes the place of it and they shouldn't be used together. Hope this helps, -drmike
