Google is legal trademark ?

"Google" is legal trademark of Google.But i am confused whether any person can use "google" as his name on DP or not ?

 

Normally not, but it may be considered as minor violation by G. and not worth while to go after it, or not yet

 

I don't think Google has any say in what your user handle here is (speaking STRICTLY from a legal perspective), unless you are representing yourself as speaking on their behalf.

(Of course if google doesn't like something, they have all manner of ways they can influence the situation.)

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't particularly want to risk it. Unless you actually tried to be google, I doubt it would ever amount to anything. They have bigger fish to worry about, after all.
